Cone Throne

This is a plein air painting that I began on location at Old Town, Park City. Dolly's Book Store is an 35-year institution in town and a magnet for those who love not only great reads but wonderful ice cream and chocolate. The perfect marriage.  Initially there were no figures in the piece but eventually these three amigos showed up and sat down, clearly enjoying their frozen treats. Just the right focal point!

(Price for unframed original painting on panel. Please inquire about framing.)
