On our way to Yellowstone National Park last year, we stopped in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Jackson is a year-round tourist town with mountain-west charm.

One of the must-visit restaurants is the Gun Barrel Steak and Game House, once the Wyoming Wildlife Museum and Taxidermy. It is legendary not only for the food but for its atmosphere with walls covered with cowboy paraphernalia, western artifacts and game trophies.

During our meal we were entertained by the grilling artistry of this "master of the grill"

flippin' sizzlin' steaks to perfection over fire hot coals. His apron must have been

fire retardant! Can you see the bucket of water? (Salivating is allowed.)
