Twin Palms

I enjoyed painting this scene from the front yard of a beautiful home along Kaneohe Bay Drive on the Windward side of Oahu.

When I began it was early morning and the tide was low. I was attracted by the towering palms

and the beautiful light illuminating the Ko'olau mountains.

Several hours later the coral reef could no longer be seen.I was glad to have had an early start!
