It was 6:30 in the evening in the pineapple fields across from the old Del Monte Plantation on Kunia Road looking toward the Koolau's and Mililani. I couldn't believe how incredible those fields appeared just before the last sunlight fell over the mountains - almost a shocking color of lime green with the beautiful billowy pink clouds.
